Orders placed Monday through Friday by noon will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping dates do not include Loras' holiday schedule and winter break.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted on any product in the original condition for another size or like-price item. Shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Receipt and tags must be included. Return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Sales on clearance items are final; no refunds will be permitted.
